It's true, some of us dread Mother's Day. My 88 year old mother was a Drill Sargent during the 1950s. Even her sister says she was cold. But looking back, I've come to understand that growing up during the Great Depression did not give her a life of love and support either. Forgive and forget. We need a healthier society for women if we truly want happy women and children.
